Stephen Melanson

Stephen Melanson is the President of Melanson Consulting, a Massachusetts-based branding consultancy, which was founded in 2004. He is a professional teacher, consultant, and verbal branding expert.

Mr. Melanson’s philosophies are literally unique in the branding marketplace, filling the gap of a verbal, conversational application for brand positioning and a simplified development platform for better brand productivity across multiple business operations.

The immediate result of development and training is higher sales, better internal understanding of and confidence in a brand, and the ability to easily apply in business conversations. Verbal Branding will also immediately give organizations the ability to (finally) unify operations, adding to their ability to gain competitive advantage.

For the Verbal Branding spoken application, it is typically delivered in a live classroom setting, instruction can be for a single group or for dozens.

Mr. Melanson has over twenty-five years experience in sales, marketing, management, and business ownership in industries such as software, telecommunications, management consulting, business-to-consumer service, and training.

In all, Mr. Melanson has run three companies: a verbal branding development and instruction company - his current business - a business coaching company, and a prior branding services firm.

His background also includes being a trained non-practicing Psychotherapist, professional tennis player, and on-air talk radio host.
